About Caprice
Caprice Waterman is a Vancouver-based Digital Marketing Manager, strategist, writer, and multidisciplinary creator working at the intersection of strategic storytelling, personal style, sustainable fashion, and creative self-expression. She brings a data-informed marketing background to content that feels human, visually distinctive, and grounded in genuine curiosity.
At Blink Creative Agency, Caprice leads digital strategy, client account management, and multi-channel social media programs across LinkedIn, TikTok, Meta, YouTube, and Reddit. Her work includes content strategy, campaign planning, channel governance, community management, moderation and compliance workflows, reporting, and translating performance insights into clear recommendations.
Previously, Caprice developed SEO-informed web, email, social, podcast, video, and thought-leadership content for Metronomics. At Argyle Public Relations, she managed social strategy, content development, influencer relations, reporting, and stakeholder communications for clients across consumer goods, spirits, Indigenous settlements, and First Nations communities.
Outside of agency work, she supports purpose-led organizations including Nimvar, Dress for Success Vancouver, and Threading Change.
Caprice expresses her individuality through fashion as a form of art, playfully combining secondhand and vintage pieces to create eclectic, sustainable looks. Guided by a growth mindset, she uses her social media platforms to inspire others to explore self-expression, embrace creativity, and reconnect with their inner child. For Caprice, fashion is another canvas for growth and play.
Caprice is open to UGC opportunities, creator collaborations, and brand partnerships in sustainable fashion, resale, beauty, lifestyle, travel, craft, and values-led consumer brands.
She holds a BA in Media, Information & Technoculture from Western University, a postgraduate diploma in Lifestyle Media from Centennial College, and a UI Design Foundations micro-credential from Emily Carr University of Art + Design.
