Authentic digital storyteller, artfully crafting her journey through purpose-driven content creation and high-impact digital strategy.

Caprice Waterman is a writer, creator, and content marketing specialist. She is a passionate creative professional, as demonstrated through her mixed media projects, paintings, sustainable fashion, and her standout data-driven social media and content strategy. As the Content Marketing Specialist for Metronomics, Caprice used strategic thinking with storytelling to spotlight how the Metronomics system helps growth-minded CEOs and leadership teams scale with clarity and alignment. She produced customer-proof content, client success narratives, and creative video assets that demonstrate the impact of a business growth system that unifies people, strategy, execution, and cash into one clear, repeatable rhythm for sustainable growth. Caprice led multi-channel content, social, podcast, and LinkedIn thought leadership campaigns that spoke to overwhelmed, growth-focused leaders ready to move from firefighting to intentional progress. Through SEO-informed web, email, and campaign copy, she amplified a brand dedicated to empowering CEO+Leadership teams to break through plateaus, reach their goals faster, and grow without burning out.

As a Social Media Manager for Argyle Public Relations, Caprice led stakeholder accounts, social media strategy, content development, insights and reporting, community management, and influencer relations for clients across diverse industries, including consumer packaged goods, spirits, Indigenous settlements, and First Nation communities. Caprice’s creativity, strategic mindset, commitment to client service, and ability to stay ahead of emerging trends help her clients resonate with their target audience and drive meaningful engagement.

Outside of her agency work, Caprice has been broadening her expertise by partnering with local organizations to support their growth and community impact. Since March 2022, Caprice has been supporting Nimvar, a BC-based upcycling brand, as their brand and social media strategist. Late 2024, she started volunteering as a Stylist and Content Creator for Dress for Success, a non- profit organization dedicated to empowering women to achieve economic independence. Recognized as Dress for Success’s Volunteer of the Month in September 2025, Caprice continues to expand her community impact through her 2026 work with Threading Change, supporting initiatives that promote textile waste education and circularity in fashion.

Caprice expresses her individuality through fashion as a form of art, playfully combining secondhand and vintage pieces to create eclectic, sustainable looks. Guided by a growth mindset, she uses her social media platforms to inspire others to explore self-expression, embrace creativity, and reconnect with their inner child—after all, fashion is just another canvas for growth and play.

Caprice has a Bachelor of Arts from Western University in Media, Information & Technoculture and a post- graduate diploma in Lifestyle Media from Centennial College. She stays endlessly curious and committed to her craft, recently completing a UI Design Foundations micro-credential with Emily Carr in January 2026.
