Tree Planting: Season 2 (2017).

In my second season, I headed out to British Columbia. The overall vibe was warm and wonderful. Planting in Ontario was a lot of fun. However, I always felt a bias towards planter’s with higher production, without any recognition to other planters and the value they’d contribute to the crew and camp as a whole. Not having the production quantity over quality of trees planted was a nice change. It was refreshing to work in a new province where I was valued based on my character and consistency, over the number of trees I planted in the ground.
